Post lifting threads and you will. I always give props to fellow lifters regardless of size/strength.

Also I'm not here just to hype up OP, but more so to chit on the same non lifting *******s that pop up in every lifting thread talking chit about others while hiding behind anonymous accounts because they are too scared to post their own physique and/or lifts.

Still trying to bring them up a bit, but went from a little under 16 to 17". Next split priotizing delts and arms for a bit before going back to the trusty push pull legs

Thanks man. Nautilus Xplode plate loaded pulldown and the hammer strength step back row have been my two main lat exercises the last 2 years

Looking good OP! Nice to see someone else progressing using some of the hypertrophy "gurus".

thread comments on your threads always make me smh... I remember openly discussing what kind of bikes people prefer and how long their daily rides take. Most of you just spout of "dat der celltech" just because someones bigger than you, when in reality you probably do the same weight/intensity day after day. You're just sour you don't progress

Absolutely nothing in the before man. Don't know what to tell you if you think 168 is unattainable after 6 years of training

Very low volume, high intensity PPL or very close variation (ie Leg/Pull, push, off, pull, legs, push off)

8-14 working sets per session, usually just a top set and a backoff set per exercise

So you made slow and steady progress for several years and then all of a sudden blow up and add 20+# of lean tissue and a retarded amount of strength in 6 months. Yeah, definitely sounds like you've been on gear the whole time... Lmfao, people are clueless...

I don't know why people get so salty about natty or not.

He looked good before the bike ride, and after the cycling he looks really thick. Mirin' for sure.

Good progress OP
