I'm all for it. The more sustainable food sources we have the better. Obviously it's still on the training wheel stages but eventually they will get to the tipping point where it will lower costs and the quality will be higher.

Imagine growing A5 Waygu, controlling every aspect of it and coming out with the most beautiful cut of meat you'll ever have. I've been following this for about 2 years now srs

I’m a cattle rancher but Ive always known the current method of raising and processing cattle into meat is eventually going to be phased out. I don’t foresee it being completely phased out in my lifetime but the process will start soon I think, within a decade. While this is naturally bad for my cattle ranching I’m also a staunch capitalist so if a better product can come along at a similar or lower cost then I’m for it.

Wagyu beef is the most over rated meat on the planet FYI.

Bring on the cell meat. A Rib eye for half the cost of the real thing with 2x protein in it and 120 percent of the taste? Sign me up.

Oh and the whole not raising billions of animals a year for slaughter is nice to.
