I've done it four nights in a row with no ill effects. Today was the 4th morning I had food that I left out overnight. Pan seared steak and potato, pan seared steak and potato, pan seared salmon and rice, pan seared salmon and rice. I do put some salt and pepper on it before cooking.

I brought cooked chicken in Tupperware to my best friends wedding and because it was left at room temperature bacteria grew...
I had the most rank, fowl, incessant, farts I've ever had in my life. People were starting to constantly say stuff like "what the hell is that smell in this room?"
At the rehearsal, practicing walking a woman down the isle while your holding in the most loud and echoing air chambered stinky farts of your LIFE.
