Lots of people will no doubt ignore the ban. Fact is it wouldn't of been necessary if Boris had the balls to do what he should of done and implemented the circuit breaker when advised to and when he wanted to lockdown earlier didn't have the backbone to stand up to his own chancellor who was against it. He's constantly lacked the decisiveness that was required and constantly delayed doing anything even though he warned this was a possibility, he still slowly through his own sheer incompetence led the nation into a situation where this is now required.
