I mean its breathing related. Wrapping 100lbs of fat around your internal organs can't make breathing or heart pumping any easier.

That’s not in the best interests of big food brands bro. How much cereal is munched on every morning and canned veggies and chit everyday? Potato chips etc etc

I look at the nutrition labels and can see why my weight jumped every year for so many years. I was in that Cheetos and coke diet for a while haha

I used to be 200lbs at 5ft 8inches

I never thought I was obese. I knew I was not skinny or healthy weight but didn’t know I was ****ing obese. What was going on in my mind? I didn’t give a fuk. Lol I would down those Doritos and lays every night after dinner and before bed and go see docs why I was having heartburn. I thought it was age related.mint it was my body telling me to back off the ****ing food lol

Once I saw that in my scale app, combined with other events, there is no looking back. Got down to 158lbs now 171lbs. Gonna cut again when it warms up - maybe a month or two more and then back down to low to mid 160s. Still high bodyfat but not obese. I don’t mire that skinny 30inch waist but that’s just me.
