I’ve gone on vacation over the summer to Barcelona and thought it was unreal. I’m sure living there would be a completely different experience though.

Just what I said about looking at the male influences and role models to watch out for all these guys trying to do the whole pump and dump thing. Other than that, nobody's perfect and nobody is going to live up to someone else's expectations all of the time so I'd look at it from the perspective of making sure you can accept and live with the other persons flaws which also requires you both to be open and honest with each other about your flaws

Do you go into jobs looking to see what it can do for you? Of course. You still need to impress the other party. And more often than not, it’s the employer (in this case, girl) that turns the employee (guy) down, not the other way around.

I don't think most guys want 10's, most guys I know would be happy with pretty much anything at this point and mostly everyone I know completely simps once they get into a relationship.

The problem is everyone jumps so hard headfirst into relationships they set a standard that can not possibly be kept up and as it dies down so does the relationship. I always tell my friends to chill tf out when they first start seeing a girl and blow everything off to be with her and make all these grand gestures because it sets an unsustainable standard. All of the sudden when you want to go out with the boys for a few nights or not buy her something she wants it's a big deal because all she knows from you is this wild commitment. I see it happen in 9/10 relationships.

I set the bar as low as possible off the start so it's either easier to get out if you aren't feeling it or easy to go beyond what you've been doing if you are.

I've made that mistake multiple times. You get into a girl and want to treat her right, but then when you start treating her like a 9/10 instead of a 11/10, chit falls apart.

Latest girl I've been with has been a FWB for the last 4 years. Have had 2 long term relationships in there (never cheated). But now after treating her like chit this whole time I'm like oh wow you're actually kinda cool, maybe we should do something sober together.

Latest girl I've been with has been a FWB for the last 4 years. Have had 2 long term relationships in there (never cheated). But now after treating her like chit this whole time I'm like oh wow you're actually kinda cool, maybe we should do something sober together.
My problem would be thinking "what's wrong with her that she's just been hanging around for 4 years and not figured something else out"
