Even the most generous companies in terms of benefits and PTO will expect you to deliver. An occasional 14 hour shift isn’t so bad if you are close to a go-live period regarding your project.

I don't even think about money that much anymore and I've helped them financially a lot in the past year. Being able to help my family is what truly makes me happy. I'm compensated fairly, the work is interesting, and I get along with all of my coworkers. It's very hard for me to complain about any of that in the grand scheme of things.Hmm I think that might be motivation for some but not all of them. Other reasons can be ego as in craving prestige and social status. Or greed as in craving money over everything. Or addiction to work like other people have addiction to substances.
Also I think op is Asian - correct me if I’m wrong op. From what I understand Asian Americans are raised to value money and career and social status over everything else. So maybe it’s a cultural thing for her.

I like practicing music. It requires a good amount of focus, so I don't really have spare attention bandwidth to be stressed. Bonus points to the drums too for their physicality. Maybe an instrument isn't a great idea if you're currently stressed and you haven't played before, but I still like the idea of something mentally absorbing.
I also like going on walks/runs and going out for a drink with friends. I'm not sure I agree with everybody else about lifting though. Maybe for emotional stress, but not for work/time stress for me. Kinda just feels like more pressure.

Your body recovers from eating and sleeping - so eat as clean as you can and try and get enough sleep.
Try not to overdo stimulants, try and cut off caffeine at midday etc.
I think running outside (not on a treadmill) is great if you can find the time, even just half an hour a few times a week. I'm stuck in front of a computer screen all damn day so getting outside is ideal. Your body/mind isn't mean to look at a screen all day. Cardio helps my breathing and general health too.
Whenever you have some annual/holiday leave come up try and get away from your regular environment. If you're stuck in the home/work loop try and go overseas/interstate or even camping etc. Visit your parents and crash for a few days etc. Get out of that same old environment.
