It should be illegal for media to build this shyt up. It has people believing their entire identity and worth revolves around the verdict on whether a cop is charged for the death of a criminal that overdosed.

Whether he did or did not, this is not clear enough to justify how the media portrayed it, as if it represents the worth of all black lives.

This is the wording:

Of course you might be right in your argument about the political climate, but to say it’s most likely that someone will be convicted for something they didn’t do by the legal definition is crazy. It’s not a question of evidence, and it’s crazy the judge even allowed it on the charges.

The typical example of third degree murder is shooting into a crowd and killing a random person in the crowd.
