I don't agree with the murder charges, but I think I don't think the jury will be unbiased. I think they will feel compelled to convict on one of the murder charges.

They will still riot though.

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.

Pretty easy to argue a conviction for 3rd degree murder. IDK if he will get convicted but manslaughter is very likely.
