The problem as I see it it that there is no agreement on the ideal/normal weight.
And it isn't those old charts we saw from the medical community. People are more muscular, eat different processed foods, and are generally more athletic.
The true definition of HTC is 15/20 pounds over ideal,not some super fat pic.
