Do a lot of women not realize. That they look better skinny?

going through tinder/bumble etc

about 50% overweight

Its sad because I could see a good portion of these ham beasts would be attractive just being normal weight.

How hard is it to walk on tread mill 1 hour a day? and eat semi healthy stuff?

thats literally all it takes to be normal weight.

I’ll never understand that body positivity stuff. I’m ok with how I look, but I know I’d be better looking if I was shredded and a few inches taller. That doesn’t make me depressed or hate how I look, it’s just a fact. I’m not going to go around posting pics of me with taller and more shredded brahs, just to get comments/affirmation from overweight manlets on the internet about how I’m better looking. It’s fuking ridiculous. Which is literally what women were doing in a previous thread. Asinine.

People like my therapist and other therapist preach body positivity since so many women dwell and are negative on their body size or parts. I can really cause a lot of depression to be hyperfocused on being a certain size.

And who wants to walk on a treadmill an hour a day. Talk about boring. I'd rather play tennis or do my fitness classes.

just to be normal health weight

all it take is running 5x 1 hour a week

and eat normally

Exactly what I was referencing. Accepting that you’ve got some faults is not a bad thing. It’s the first step towards any kind of improvement. And imo, a big part of your worth is what you can do with what you were given.
