Many are desperate for "social power," so they found a way to up theirs through this alt rep system- which has little to do with actual written credibility or moral character. It's funny what some people will do to appear more powerful, dominant or "high in social status."



Narcissists or sociopaths cannot just "be real or be themselves." They need to front or act out personas to feel bigger and better than what they perceive themselves to truly be. They took my points away because I don't conform to their views or have a similar personality. I'll take it as a compliment.

I definitely don't agree with liberals, but I don't think they would call me a nazi. Maybe white trash or redneck, but not nazi or klan member.

Liberals and conservatives tend to live in the same places and the same lifestyles as well with minor differences. Namely the suburban lifestyle.

I am trying to adjust to this lifestyle but it is very different from say the trailer park, ghetto, or reservation.

I just speak my mind in all sincerity. I find that I just tend to fit in this kind of place because I like to lift and I am okay with people who disagree or like to talk chit. Definitely feel a greater sense of belonging in here versus the emasculated liberal hivemind sort of space. In the end though it's just a website and I'm mainly here for the lols.

I think there's plenty of baiting going on from all sides. What happened to being able to laugh at racist jokes? That was honestly one of the best things about the military, you could make all kinds of racist jokes no matter what color you were and everyone thought it was funny, and then they'd tell you their racist jokes. Chapelle's Show season 1 did more for this country that the entire Obama "anti-racism" administration 10000% srs.

I don't make an effort to agree with the general ideas or certain users really. I definitely don't have issues with race and religion like a lot of people do. A lot of stuff I post gets people salty.

But I do care about people in general and I can speak my mind freely. I am willing to talk chit as well and have an open discussion. I am willing to take chit and dish it out which in a man's mind is grounds for respect. It's like how guys can beat each other up and be bros after.

It seems weightlifting is mostly a male thing but I can respect someone with the gumption to go against that. Same with other typically male things, chicks get a lot of chit in those areas but deep down they are respected for having the courage to do it.
