Jackass just doesn't hit like it used to. Too played out, not as cool with old dudes doing it, feels dated all around. I understand why they're making it obviously, the name has clout so its cash, but it's just lame af now.

Can't recreate the past. The really crazy thing is thinking about the early 00's as its own era. That sht feels like 5 years ago but its literally a whole other generation now. None of the music/clothing/attitudes are relevant now

Bam's always going to have a special place in my memory from 2004 or so, when I'd be chilling on my college friend's couch coming off a hangover and we'd be watching Viva La Bam, all carefree.
Plus Tony Hawk's Underground 2






Edit: Also folks, don't forget among Bam's many failed career trajectories - he had his own radio show on XM (and eventually SiriusXM). Seemed like the perfect spot for him - just playing the music from H.I.M. and other bands he would advertise with and talk up xsports & skating. He eventually went on a rant there about his uncle getting arrested, and I think that got him kicked off.

Bam is a manic depressive.

There is a reason that no one from the CKY crew interacts with him anymore.

Hell Dico hasn't talked to him in like 13 years now. He just stopped showing up to Bam Radio and hasnt spoken to him since. It's pretty crazy because they live in the same small town basically.

Bam might be schizo. Dude went a bit nutty after Dunn died. Everyone always shat on him, even back then, but he was the dude sitting editing those videos together in the early days. He is basically responsible for CKY and Jackass.

Tremont and the Jackass guys got their start in Big Brother, and they were rad, too.

Bam appears to be suffering psychotic breaks. Notice how everyone, for the most part, wishes him well? They know he's fukked. Feel bad for him. Dude helped revolutionize skate videos and basically gets remembered as "the worst Jackass guy."
