Dude IIRC this guy is like 85 kilos shredded at 5'10 and he's an ectomorph, so he probably started off at what, like 65 kilos same BF% - go look at what 20KG or 50 pounds of meat looks like and ponder on that being spread on a human body.

It's not like how you think it is where you just take this tablet and inject your self for 12 weeks and you look like a shredded s*ck kunt for the rest of your life.

Yeah some guys blow up and become famous like that Von Moger dude but most people can't maintain any decent sort of shape on it let alone off of it.

IMO it's way too much effort but good on the guys who can commit and have that shredded look.
