Test again. Consistent high bp is dangerous. Fluctuating bp is healthy.

Lose weight, do cardio, stop unhealthy stuff causing high bp.

Your body cannot survive high bp without permanent problems. Address this asap.

Sure it's not white coat syndrome?
One visit apart I went from 130 to 144. Checked it again and jumped to 155 because now I'm hyper aware. Could just be anxiety spike?

Test yourself.
I test at 160+ at the doctors and I can not control it and they held me and put me on meds (I did not take them)
I think about it and it maxes.
I bought a machine and test at home and do it while watching tv and try my hardest not to think about it and I test normal
They gave me a 24 hour machine that tested at random and I was all good

I do a min of seven hours cardio a week. 1 hour a day or 2 hours if you skip a day is not that big of a deal
**Black out tape over all laptop/cell phone cameras so gov cant spy on me fapping crew**

this

i actually quite like the hctz for the same reason and it doesn't give me sides like the higher dose of lisinopril did

OP your **** ain't bad at all so you can probably fix it with just diet, have a look sometime at how much sodium you intake, it's absolutely insane how much sodium is packed into foods, even simple things like slices of bread are 200-300mg a pop sometimes. i have to watch it super carefully because of an inner ear disease i have but it affects blood pressure equally. it really opened my eyes to how easily you can double or triple your rec'd sodium intake and that **** is super hard on your kidneys and heart long term without any type of warning

I take propranolol(beta blocker) for anxiety and it lowers my blood pressure too, with a family history of hypertension. win/win.
