But a lot of them are reported by the military and defy physics as we know it.

do they really though? "observing" something isnt really measuring something... human error can be one helluva drug m8.

when you consider how big the universe is, it seems like an impossibility that some advanced species not only knows that we are here but is also trolling us hard.
