Id arrest you and not let you make a phone call so your car had to get towed and then id tell the tow truck driver not to worry about babying the car or any small dings here or there, we've never had to pay for any of them in the history of our impound lot.

I dont really know who Dave Ramsey is to be honest. I have figured stuff out myself along the way. Never really followed any road maps or 'systems'. The one thing I also forget to add is while I am advising to NOT get trapped into their system, you also have to use it. So build GREAT credit.

I totally f'd up myself when I was young. I dropped out of school and moved away from home. I defaulted on my student loans never realizing what it would do to me. After I got my sh!t together, I realized debt was the killer of success. I got my loans paid off and then slowly built my credit. Now I am 800+ and use TONS of credit, but we pay it off every month. I put most of everything on credit cards and even will take advantage of their offers to use their money. Having that tool at your disposal will help greatly.

I have stared to build my kids credit. The one thing that most people dont know, is if you add someone as an 'authorized' user, they get the same effect on their credit as the credit holder. So having your parents add you to their credit cards, will give you a jump ahead in the world. Start using credit at an early age and pay it off monthly. Even if it is just gas and chick-fil-a. Having the tools to play their game will benefit you greatly. My parents did not teach me any of this and were terrible with money. I have decided to teach my kids about how to navigate in this world. It is even harder today than it was 20-30 years ago.

I also dont believe in college as a default. But that is another topic.

Last but not least, I am a BIG believer in Crypto. Long time hodler. I was mining in 2013. I have never sold and just accumulated. Not selling until it is life changing and still probably wont sell.

If I were young, I would put 30-40% of my available cash in crypto. 50% btc 25% eth and the remaining sprinkled on alts for moon shot potential. Your young enough to recover should it not hit, but if it does, it could be life changing. I have taught my kids how to invest in crypto and we have put a good portion of their savings in it. I hold a decent amount of BTC. Top .01% wallet holder. But seven figures in crypto is not life changing for me. But in 3-5 years it may be 8 figures and that starts to change things. My hope is to have that to give my kids a good life.

I dont need anything and having a few million today would not change anything about my life. I cant even really think of anything I would buy. For me, owning a 7 figure car is kinda dumb and I will always be too middle class to own one. My limit is probably 500k but that may change. But I dont need expensive cars. I have a KIA sorrento that I love and a 2006 Nissan Titan that was a work truck of mine that I will never sell even though I barely use it. "Stuff" does not define me, nor is it how I derive my happiness. Security, and the ability to do what I want when I want is a good feeling and worth more to me than 'more stuff'.
