Smaller guys will have an easier time not using it I think but when you're big its hard to get 200+ grams of protein every single day. I think I average about $50 a month of it, so I dont see how its expensive unless you're bad with money. I do protein bars also because it hits that sweet craving I get after lunch.

Honestly I just buy Pure Protein bars at costco. I've tried all the fancy brands like Quest etc but I like the Pure ones the best, also a great deal usually.

Quest bars are pretty good. I usually go for the cookies and cream.

Only when in time constraints. I prefer to use Redcon1 MRE protein because it's comprised of whole food protein sources instead of whey. My body tolerates it much better.

I use it.

How is it too much money lmao?

Two scoops of protein powder is cheaper than a chicken breast.

I'm not saying you should replace all your chicken with protein powder, but it's not more expensive than food, that's all I'm saying.

This.

Btw, just an FYI for everyone: Of the three macronutrients, majority of the time it's better to eat whole foods for your carbs/fats (TEF, nutrients, etc..), but for protein, Whey is the one processed food that you actually get more out of when compared to whole food (better bioavailability). E.g. your body makes more use of 30g of protein from whey, than 30g of protein from chicken. That being said, you're often getting more nutrients from whole foods, better satiety response, among a few other things, so if you're deficient in those areas or trying to diet, "whey" your pros and cons
