I only use it when I travel. Per gram of protein, it’s actually way cheaper than «real food». That being said, I only drink it when I’m in a pinch. Don’t like the taste of most protein powders and prefer chewing my food.

Every now and then. I get enough protein from real food, but if I'm feeling hungry after a workout before I eat dinner, I'll down one.

Dymatize ISO100 brownie flavor mixed in milk tastes like you're drinking brownie batter. So damn good.

During those weeks I got COVID, I lost completely my appetite because every food I ate smelled and tasted funny.

So I bought a 960g-pack and they tasted good (cocoa flavor.)

It's been 30 years or so since the last time I used Protein Powder.

This. I haven't used protein powder for years. I'd rather get it from real food.

I've got a 5 lb tub of dymatize iso 100 fruity pebbles on the way from Amazon for $37, looks like the regular price is $85 fuk that. Also a 3 lb tub of Quest chocolate for $23. deals are dead though

Myprotein used to be good but now they are way overpriced. Look at Sports Research dutch chocolate isolate whey protein on Amazon $60 with subscribe and save for 5 lbs. Tastes really damn good too. Much better than Optimum Nutrition in taste and price.

Pro tip when buying whey from myprotein check the price of each flavour, its different some are very cheap compared to others. I got a cereal milk flavour for £52 after all discounts. The other flavours were around £80 after discount.

Yes. I just buy MP from Costco usually now for extra protein. Just to have and I still chug a couple of scoops after a workout.
