Imagine being both a rentard and a CCP shill trying to talk big when he has averaged earning $35K a year in beaver dollars over his entire adulthood (less than $700k in 20 years). Ouch.

No wonder he posted so many strange memes. He must be miserable.

Imagine paying $3500/month for 2 years on your mortgage. I'm chipping away at that mortgage gaiz, building my equity! Never late on a single payment!

End up losing your home and yet STILL owe the bank $450K. With no home.

This has to be the worst case scenerio in life. death sentence.
If he bought in 2020 this post is dishonest. He would have bought for lower than it is worth now even though homes have dropped for 450k in his area I'm guessing he's still up ~200k from when he bought.

So if he sells - he makes 200k and got to enjoy that cheap ass variable sub 2% for two years. Or at the very least he is breakeven and gets his investment back. (There is absolutely no way he is under water 450k unless he bought early this year and sold now)

If you were a renter for the same period and landlord decided to raise the rate after 2 years and you had to move out you would have wasted your entire investment over the course of 2 years and be left with nothing.

The democrats survived the midterm elections..... Wouldn't be surprised if a new COVID variant is unleased and we go into another lockdown.... which means new eviction moratoriums...

This. My main home is in a very secure economy where we aren't impacted by a recession. Based on my conservative valuation, I currently make $150 per month over my mortgage.

I guess the only thing worse than selling your home at a loss is getting into an adjustable rate mortgage. Why not just refinance? Makes no sense, but OP never makes any sense, so that's a given.

Only beavercels worry about the changing rates or values. I built my house a few years ago, enjoy it, and will be here for probably another 15 years (will be paid off long before that time). House is currently double of what I paid for it and in my area, it will only continue to increase (as property always does over the long haul).

I can only imagine that the OP CCP shill provocateur must be truly miserable inside to be make sense of his actions and his outlook on homeowners in general. He probably couldn't pay his mortgage on his $35K a year, and lost his house. That actually makes more sense than his nonsensical, every changing stories. Keep crying and trying to pretend with all your memes that you are actually happy.
