I think its a reasonable to maintain that shape if you dial in & got top tier genetics. With slightly above avg genetics you can look close to that for a few weeks after 15yrs of lifting hard as fk.

I dont think you make the cut though. You could get close like 3/4.

I’ve trained with every kind of user, spent time with guys on slin so they didn’t pass out and die, and can pretty well sniff out fakes.

There are a few people outside the standard deviations that have abnormal genetics and testosterone levels coupled with a great workout ethic.

Ronnie Coleman before juice is a good example.
