look at pics when he was younger track athlete. already at 90% of pop natty limit.
insertions good af, short arms to make them bulky, thick ankles usually means for more mass in the lower body. top tier natty shoudlers & traps. decent pecs, again sick insert. good abs slim waist. (no homo)

Derek is a strange dude.

For someone who built a following on "looking your best", he is one ugly dude. His face/skin is horrendous and his hair is god awful. Dude looks 15 years older than he actually is and no amount of muscle will ever make him attractive. Dude should be taking his money and buying plastic surgery.

Matty most likely went enhanced to build his physique and maybe just maybe he maintains it without any additional sauce usage or maybe just minimal usage going forward. I don't know enough about him to speculate.


What I do know is I have a couple of buddies that walk around with standout physiques and they only cycle about 3-4 months out of the year. These aren't hardcore fitness guys who follow the diet/life-style religiously either. Just good genetics and run a short cycle here and there when they need it. Pretty sure they could pass drug tests if they cared at all about that.
