IDK where you live OP, but your statement says more about where you live than black women as a whole. Where I live there aren't a lot of blacks, but most of the black girls I see are very attractive, and don't act ghetto.

To a certain extent, black women are like frat boys: people only notice them when they are misbehaving.

Most of the time nobody pays attention to them. The ones that they remember and that form an impression are the ones acting like asshats.

It's the same with gays and pride; nobody pays attention to the "normal" gays who are just getting on and living their lives, but they remember the nutbars at pride events.

The "nice, "normal" black women are at home, at work, with their families etc and unless white people live in a mixed neighbourhood or work with them, they don't have a lot of memorable interaction.

The ones theydoremember are the kweenz, because you can't miss them.
