My wife told our son something today, and it kinda pissed me off.

Let’s go from top to bottom.
You’re ridiculing him for the fact he may have not been the driver of the car. Do I really need to explain why this is immature and retarded? How insecure are you that if your wife is driving you feel less of a man?
As for what she’s teaching her son. Just because she reeled off an explanation does not mean that is what the boy learned. As I said earlier, actions speak louder than words, and to my mind what the boy really learned was his mother’s disgust at the sight of the man in the car in-front giving money to the homeless person. Her exact “justification” is secondary.
Your final statement is just you ridiculing OP’s concern over the events and his more compassionate outlook. Once again, I shouldn’t have to explain why you sound immature and retarded here.
The middle segment of your post is the only part that doesn’t sound especially trollish.

OP how often does your wife let your out of your chastity cage?
I never give money to bums. The attitude that bums have is fuking disgusting. I see the same bums in my neighborhood and they’ll give me their stupid sob story about how they just need $5 for a sandwich, then when I completely ignore them, they start getting an attitude with me lmao. As if they deserve anything from me for being the drain on society that they are.
I know that sounds mean but cmon brahs, no bum is ever begging you money to buy fuking food, get real.

Xi Jinping lived in a fuking cave and dug ditches. Middle class Americans do not know the struggles of the world. Mocking the poor is disgusting and pathetic.
I will lol so hard when we have an economic collapse and all these rich entitled kunts rope or learn the valuable lesson. It seems today's generation is out of touch with the reality of life.

Talk to your wife OP. That's the only way to clarify where you both are on this.
Sometimes I will hand over a couple of dollars if I have it. Sometimes not. I feel worst for the unsheltered when the weather is extreme.
If you do a gut check you can often get a feel for what's up IMO. I'm generally annoyed by ones you see working a freeway exit intersection on a nice day looking as well fed and dressed as most anyone.
I understand the impulse to give food instead and I've done it. But do be aware that giving food and accepting food can be difficult. Even homeless people can have preferences and food intolerances, an inability to store/carry some things, and a valid concern that they may be given food that is spoiled or has been tampered with.
Imagine someone who is homeless and doesn't have a good set of teeth.

Why not both? You're saying parents should never talk to their children and teach them lessons via word? Should parents just stay silent for 18 years and only lead by example? I'm sure the mom is both leading via her lessons and through actions. You have no evidence to suggest her actions are incongruous to her word.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Also, most homeless turn to drugs AFTER they lose everything to cope. It's a sad thing, and yes, I try not to just enable druggies. But you know, I've bought breakfast for a druggie who was just lying in the street shivering cold with a blanket. He looked absolutely miserable. I bought him some McDonalds. I also have to wonder how all these so called nationalists can walk by a suffering American and just ignore them. LOL I guess pride in your country ends at you having to do something.

In Portland, we have a lot of homeless. But our homeless are generally pretty chill. I can understand in different parts of the country, it's dangerous. And you should also know a small but substantial portion of homeless are sex offenders or felons. But if you have the chance to help someone who you think needs it, you should. You won't remember whatever the small amount you donate would have been spent on. You will remember helping.

You shouldn’t ever give money to beggars.
But what about men that are mentally retarded, have severe mental illlness etc and can’t work to feed themselves. She thinks they should starve? Bet she doesn’t feel the same way about mentally retarded women. Fuk her, srs

All the stuff I see is not giving numbers greater than 50% on substance abuse or mental illness. That means it's not most, retard.
Mom is teaching son to be a typical capitalist pig. He will grow up to advocate plundering other countries and be a typical chitbag who will blame the poor for being poor.

I'm not happy at all about it but I think mom is teaching son a very important lesson.

The people out panhandling are only a subset of the homeless, and often are not even homeless. Much of the homeless are just keeping themselves away from the general pop
Think of the kids you went to school with, the special education kids. What do y’all think happens to them when they turn adults? Some of them have family that can take care of them for a bit. But many end up homeless. OPs wife saying they deserve to starve is cruel
(I don’t have a problem with self inflicted homeless starving)

Most bums have addiction issues and the effects of the drugs have accelerated mental illness.
These people, when they were younger, they were SOOOOOO COOOOL being drunk/high all of the time. Being drunk/high/partying became their personality. Most people matured and went on with their lives but they couldn't at that point. Then they make up some BS about trama that happened to them or something as an excuse. The reality is they got drunk or high one time and decided it was what they liked and wanted to keep on doing it. They made decisions and they weren't the right one's and they had the information before, just chose to do what they wanted to do.

You shouldn’t ever give money to beggars.
But what about men that are mentally retarded, have severe mental illlness etc and can’t work to feed themselves. She thinks they should starve? Bet she doesn’t feel the same way about mentally retarded women. Fuk her, srs

(even though that the poster of that is an incel trolling the female sub, women like this exist)
Giving beggars money is never a good idea because they will make a poor choice regardless if it is a drug based.
But in the case of drugs, JFL at anyone who thinks you can just watch a motivational Arnold video and just hit the gym and be OK. In fact, I am quite cynical about these people - they need some sort of powerful mechanism-breaking intervention.
The way the USA is trying to decriminalize drugs without appropriate support is also so wrong and will hurt them LMAO.
And also lol at people who think there aren't paths to a situation like that outside of being a dumb, lazy human.
