Video is pretty sad to watch. His friend arrived a few mins after Jo collapsed....dude did CPR on him for over 30 mins but he was fuking dead.

Says Joe had a family member pass from the same thing, mentions it may have been congenital. Also says he'd just had a long flight (20+ hours) in the last week which could have caused the blood clot.
There is but one path....we kill them all.
