Made an appointment for Tuesday to see a doctor.

Scared about possible prostate cancer, bros. Could be BHP, which is non-cancerous. Best case would be a urinary track infection or prostatitis.

Wish me luck. I’ll give an update next week.
If it goes away for any length of time I wouldn't be too worried; I'm no doctor but it's a safe bet to say a constant bleeding would mean constant blood in teh spooge. It is odd it comes back so frequently, tho.

Do you have trouble peeing? Do you feel an inflammation in between your nuts and anus? Almost like you have a golf ball in between there?

Is it just when you ejaculate?

What are all your symptoms with you dick/balls/prostate/kidneys

I've had prostate issues in the past, but nothing like what you're saying. Mine was from being so incredibly tight from my scoliosis and excessive soccer/lifting. I fixed prostatitis caused by a tight pelvic floor by stretching and strengthening through those stretches, eating healthier (certain foods make it worse), and taking some anti-inflammatories. When my prostate was inflamed it would be hard to start pissing and sometimes it would hurt to start. The tip of my penis was extremely sensitive too, and I could feel inflammation of my epididymis. That chit sucks. My balls felt like that sat in my sac weird, there was a slight burning or pinching pains randomly. Thankfully my girl at the time was a nurse and helped figure it out.

I really think you're popping a vessel and aren't allowing it to fully heal because you can't go a month or two without jacking off. (srs)

The doctor will diagnose you with prostatitis, prescribe anti-biotics and send you on your way. The problem will keep reoccurring though.

Possibly. The burning in my lower abdomen/bladder is pretty concerning.

I’ve had pelvic floor issues for a few years now. Did you have “hard flaccid” because of it? That sucks and kills your confidence.

The pain and burning/pinching in the balls was pretty bad for a few months when this first happened in June. Balls don’t hurt anymore though.

Update: Went to my doctor on Tuesday. He sent me to get blood work and then do an ultrasound of prostate, testicles, and pelvis.

To prep for the ultrasound, I’m supposed to give myself an enema a few hours beforehand… WTF?! Ultrasound doctor is going to need to stick a camera in my azz too.

When I get anxious my junk shrivels up, so I’m going to be so embarrassed. Thankfully didn’t need to get naked today.

Will probably do blood work tomorrow and do the ultrasound stuff next week. I need to mentally prepare for that.

The fact it’s red red and not brown or rust colored means something recent and bad burst open

You’re ****ed

Go to the doctor DFS

Sometimes you get inflammation or a infection in your prostate and it takes time for you to coom old blood out but that usually only makes it rust or brown/yellow colored

The redder it is the worse it is ( most likely a injury to your testicles or cancer very srs)

First time (June) was just a few brownish spots. Second time (August) was lots of pink. Third time (October) was the tiny red vein-looking thing, followed by brown spots the next day.

In between the blood episodes, there have been yellowish spots.

First time it happened was when I jacked off back-to-back times. Maybe only 30 minutes in between. That’s why I thought it was an injury at first.

Nah when it happened to me it looked like it was 100% blood, srs. Obviously it wasn't, but it was more blood than semen. It went away on its own.

Update:

All testing is done.

Blood work came back clean as far as I'm able to understand. PSA (for prostate) is supposed to be under 4, and mine is at 1. I think that's a good thing. No infection in urine either. I was hoping for UTI, as it would be the easiest thing to fix.

Did the ultrasound of abdomen, prostate, and testicles. I found it humiliating, as my junk shrinks and pulls into my body when I'm anxious. Laid down on a table and ultrasound of abdomen was first. Then I had to pull down my pants and underwear and turn to my left as the doctor inserted a wand the size of a large toothbrush into my butt. It both hurt and felt really bad and weird. This went on forever, and at the end he pushes it way up there.

Then testicles, and that went on forever. Again, worst part of everything was the embarrassment of having shrinkage. That kills my confidence and will to live. Very glad it's all over.

Will update next week once my doctor has the chance to see the results and I'll let you all know what's up.

In for an update. I had something similar maybe ten years back. Only happened once though. Scared the crap out of me. Pretty sure it was a burst blood vessel. I immediately stopped masturbating. Went over two months without rubbing one out. When I started back up, everything was fine and I never had a problem again.

I really don't think you were allowing adequate time for your system to fully heal. Going a couple months without jacking off sounds a lot better than having your groin poked & probed while the doctor side-eyes your measly little flaccid shriveled-up inside itself.

Spoke with my doctor over the phone today. Everything on the ultrasound came back mostly clear. No cancer. He said I had a slightly enlarged prostate, but that is normal as I'm 43 and it grows with age. I also have a cyst on one of my testicles (he said left testicle, but I'm pretty sure it's my right testicle and maybe he meant the testicle on the left side of the ultrasound image). I knew something was up with that testicle. Good to know it's not anything more serious.

He offered to do a STI test and I'll do that, because why not? I'm not sexually active but I share a bathroom and shower and no harm in pissing in a cup again.

So no known cause at this point. He said it could have been epididymitis which is a bacterial infection of part of the testicle that may have cleared up.

I'm suspecting an injury that I didn't allow to heal. Otherwise, some kind of infection, because my balls were aching for at least a couple of months.

Sexual function is still messed up. Was slowly getting better, but still not normal. More evidence of injury, maybe.

Going to try and rest it for at least 30 days. Will be challenging as the longest I've ever gone since I was 14 is maybe 10 days.

As bad as the ultrasound procedure was, it is a relief knowing I don't currently have prostate or testicular cancer.

Good to hear. Was hoping it wasn't anything serious. But do me a favor and give it a rest for awhile, partner. Seriously. Maybe buy a chastity belt or something. You need to get better control of yourself. Its clearly having a negative impact on your physical health.

Such bull****. OP was beating off all the time, ejaculated blood and your conclusion is that no-fap causes blood in the semen? Get real, skipper. Honestly, you sound like another slick-handed fap-addict merely looking to justify his filthy addiction. You can step right off with that nonsense, sir.

Yes that's good it wasn't anything serious. Again, all of the resources I have found say it's rarely something serious and if it was serious, it would have been a lot more persistent and worse overall.

Yes. I’m still glad I got things checked out though and would recommend others do the same if it happens more than once or if they are over 50.

An injury that causes (hopefully temporary) ED is pretty serious. Next step is the UTI test, then giving things 30 days to heal and I’ll see what’s up then. Urologist, if necessary.
