I think they are correct in that so much of our food is tainted and is wrecking us in America especially, which is why I have gone mostly localized farmstands for a majority of all my food outside of meat and a few essentials. Who knows wtf they're spraying on all the chit in the grocery stores these days let alone all the processed foods.Yeah, that sounds way easier to follow, other than most doctors pro-carnivore diet absolutely hate the idea of eating anything with any kind of oil or any veggies whatsoever.
I refuse to believe we live in a world where white rice, organic potatoes, nuts, berries etc are bad for you lol. Im just not buying that one

Let's see:
- sub-optimal for strength/power/endurance/athletic performance due to 0 carbs
- no potassium
-none of the vitamins and minerals found in fruits
- no fiber so your chits are awful
- bad for test due to having 0 carbs
-boring as fuk
-High Sat. Fat. intake will skyrocket LDL your levels
The only benefits I could see would be the fact that it removes all added sugars & could temporarily serve as a good elimination diet to see if anything in your current diet might be fuking with you. You could realistically get the same benefits by just cutting & eliminating added sugars.

The only legit one i see is the drop in performance, but thats something ill just have to see for myself. If im lifting 20% less weight on the gym but my energy levels for every other daily task are 20% better for example, IMO its a no brainer.
I guess ill see.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

The cholesterol argument at this point is completely bunk. Heart surgeons are even showing that insulin levels are the main signs of heart disease. Cholesterol is the basis of your hormone production.
Vitamins and minerals are much less necessary on a carnivore diet being deep in ketosis, and also organ meats contain a ton of minerals and vitamins and are much more potent than any piece of fruit.
Actually a ketogenic or carnivore diet would be better for endurance athletes, and the science is starting to agree mainly because burning fat as fuel is a much more efficient way for energy than needing to constantly spike blood glucose levels and glycogen replenishment.
It's definitely not something I would do as a lifestyle because it's boring and unnecessary for most people, it is definitely suboptimal for strength training/explosiveness compared to carb based diets, and you don't need fiber to chit. Increase a bit of fat on a carnivore diet to help bowel movements. You don't need fiber to poop on a carnivore diet because there is such little waste after the long process of digestion.
It's a dietary tool at the end of the day. The best diets for most people will be sort of oscillating between a moderate carb intake and balanced diet, and a diet closer to a lower carb diet. But I find it funny how much nonsense people spew against the carnivore diet while alternatively saying that the carnivore bros are spewing nonsense.

Avoid processed foods, sugar and white floor and incorporate a natural 18hr intermittent daily fast. But hey, give a shot for 30 days and report back.
