I like how the goalposts for public health officials are effectively impossible to meet, since conspiracy theorists will always look back at a quickly changing situation and point out how they were wrong about something with the benefit of hindsight. Apparently they can't make temporal statements based on current data (meanwhile, everyday more people die, no pressure), but instead need to peer into the future and know exactly the extent in which a new therapy will protect against an extremely virulent virus that is constantly evolving. Just lol at these expectations.

According to the CDC, one dose of the "updated vaccine", regardless of past vaccination status makes you "up to date". Yes, that means if you have one shot of the bivalent, you are up to date, even if you never had the primary series.
