Where is the part where it says that the vaccinated are at MORE risk the unvaccinated? I only found this in the CDC release:

"BA.2.86 may be more capable of causing infection in people who have previously had COVID-19 or who have received COVID-19 vaccines."

That sentence is not framed at all as "vs. unvaccinated people". It's just saying that the new variant can infect previously vaccinated people at rates higher than prior variants. Which, no sh*t, this is like laughing at someone who got the flu vaccine last year and got the flu next year anyway.

(3-4 months really /40% at month 4 for pfizer)
