Health insurance is a total rip off if you have flawless blood labs, not obese, etc.

Go look at the chart I posted. My insurance cost ALONE is higher than $3k/year, and I STILL pay for my doctor visits 100% up to $5k/year. Lmao.

How about I just pocket the $3600/year on my insurance, do a better job of monitoring my own health(blood labs) and continue paying for my doctor visits the exact same way I have for the past decade.

If I was an obese fuktard or drug addict with 300+ cholesterol..... yeah I'd keep the insurance.
Real talk, the bike crash( over the handlebars) and bike/car crash probability....... is fairly high in most cities so consider that.

I'll never understand how people can justify paying food delievery aps like Door Dash and Uber Eats. I can't see doing it unless you're filthy rich to the point where wasting the money on it is completely meaningless to you. I'll eat a frozen/fast meal from home, go to a gas station/nearby joint, order from a place that hires their own drivers, or go hungry before I'd pay the insane premiums of food delivery aps.

The headline number of widely reported than a few weeks later the numbers are revised showing inflation and the economy are not as good. Somewhere around 700,000 jobs initially reported as being created have been revised down later on as not being the case.
I've posted multiple times about this. They'll pump out an article stating things are on the up and up yet that's not what everyone is saying. So for the last year or few years all of the news about consumer positive spending, job market, dropping prices has been BS. It's been nothing but going down consecutively if you go by what people are saying and not the headlines. Talk about an illusion or break from reality. Huur durr, consumer spending confidence is the highest since ___. BRB people need to consider buying fast food. LMAO.

1 in 10 Americans are on diabetes treatment.

Probably majority of them just need to lose weight.

Healthcare spending in the USA accounts for 18% of our GDP, and we have the lowest life expectancy of all 1st world countries.

At some point, we Americans have to take our health into our own hands..... Big pharma isn't helping.

in 2021, life expectancy in the USA was 76 years old.... So this chart needs updating:

What's the crock pot recipe?

Where do you live where the Jamaican food cost $13? Those fools charge $25-$30 for a plate with oxtail.

I don't eat fast food other than every now and then I support the Impossible Whopper since it's the only fast food veggie burger. Still, the bun is crap and it's too expensive.

New York City they cannot afford to be too expensive. But if you live in a smaller town/city OR somewhere that doesn't have multiple options for Jamaican/Caribbean food they WILL overcharge.

Fast food pretty much sucks anymore and the service has gone way downhill. For the prices they're charging you might as well go to an actual sit-down restaurant and order real food.
