Concept floated by the aesthetics crew long ago. I think shoulders are harder to develop and require more work, but ultimately result in a much more important factor in terms of appearance than say quads or triceps. With that said, on shoulder day, I still do my calves and abs.

OP is absolutely full of chit claiming he raised his test 400ng/dl by eating "lots of eggs and meat and following a mostly keto diet". He's on Mike O'Hearn and liverking level of quackery at this point. Op is definitely on some form of "supplementation", most likely either trt or enclomafene.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

I disagree. And I’ve heard that metaphor. But the relationship doesn’t seem to be merely correlation. But it’s primarily the ApoB/lipoproteins, as they are the ones transporting the ldl

Don't think it's bs, Broyo. Test it yourself. When I take zinc before bed I need to piss at night 100% and wake up with a third arm between the legs. Dont take it and sleep through like a baby.

Primal-style diet, full-body compound lifting, and a vitD/zinc/fenugreek

Biggest compliment a natty can get is to be accused of being on exogenous test
