Have a buddy at the post office. They are completely fuked post covid. There was some sweeping changed to the way routes are done, and on top of that they took over delivery for Amazon so the carriers are massively overburdened. Basically all the old timers who could, quit. The PO is filled with newbies and their turnover rate is like 60% so they are chronically understaffed and have to run multiple routes in a day, and working 12-16 hour days is the norm during holiday season.

Not bad out here. I only ever get mail from one neighbor and they get mine. My house number ends in 26 while theirs ends in 62 with the rest of the numbers being the same.

i lived in a town of 500 and the people working at the post office were the problem.they worked 10am to 2pm and couldnt even get the right mail into the right PO box.havent had a problem now im in the city

I have never heard of that. I will say if you take it too late you will wake up groggy. So I recommend starting it on a weekend and taking it 3 hours before you plan to go to sleep, and planning a 8 hour sleep night. Start with 5mg, and try that for a few days. I've tried up to 20mg and 5mg works almost as well.

Anyways he sent the issue to management at the post office and to the post office inspector general which is an external entity that oversees post office operations. He also stated that carriers mail is bundled (by a machine) by address and the deliverer is supposed to double check addresses and names before putting it into the mailbox. I’m pretty sure they’re skipping that step completely. Guess I’ll see how it goes this time.

Believable.

Took my daughter to mail a letter last week and the PO was closed. Sign on the door saying they are closing from 1PM to 2PM daily for lunch. Never saw this before at a PO. Maybe they are so short staffed they can't cover lunch breaks.

They get worse and worse as the years go by. My last one, before the one I have now was a real kunt. Not just to me, the whole neighborhood.

Bitched to me that her feet gets wet walking on my lawn. I tell her don’t walk on the lawn then. She was literally walking on the lawn 3-5 feet from the driveway.

Told me the the 5 digit zip code on the letters I getting wasn’t good enough, that all my letter received had to have the 5 digits, plus an extra 4 digits. Told her good luck with that.

Told me I have to have my house number installed on my brick mail box. Told her my house number is on my house. Hence why it’s called a house number, not a mailbox number.
