for this playtrough I started with doing Act 1 and then went on to do all the gigs (and available sidequests)

did them all now bar one that doesn't show up yet (from Reyes)

37 hours in, street cred maxed out and at level 47

finally gonna meet Takemura now

hyped for Dogtown boyos

first playtrough I did mainly the story and side quests but hardly anything else, iirc completed the game at level 37 or something lol

game is a masterpiece, it was already a really solid game when I first played it but 2.1.... FUAAARK

alright I'm kind of a noob to this. If I want to play the newest version do I just buy the basic version on the ps4 store? Or do i need to buy all the dlcs too?

The only last-gen console that could really handle this game was the One X, it's not the proper Cyberpunk experience unless you're on a next/current-gen console or a decent gaming PC.

reached the meeting with Hanako at Embers so gonna wrap up some sidequests and then it's DOG TOWN boyos

hyped

after spending quite some time on 2.1 only some small nitpicks left, not sure if it's just me:

- when you're walking in traffic cars just have 0 mercy and run you over -> is this supposed to be like that lol? I can see people only getting more egocentric so by 2077 wouldn't surprise me tbh

- radio station on foot which was added is great but it doesn't remember the station I picked after a story moment and goes to being switched off so I keep having to turn it on, hope this can get patched because I don't think this should be the case

It depends. From what I noticed, since update 2.0, they added some npc cars that drives fast, and some, erratically. But cars running you over have always been in the game pre-2.0. Normally they'd stop if they see they're about to run you over, but there are some cars that won't, even when you're walking on the crosswalks and the 'walk' sight is on.

yeah I know it was like that pre-2.0 but I thought this was one of the issues they tackled

f.e. when you're running on the street you just get ran over out of nowhere, if it happens a couple of times in a short timespan it rustles my jimmies lol

anyway game is still 10/10, wanted to start Phantom Liberty but keep finishing all the base game side quests first

already at level 56 lol

just did the quest with River at the farm, aw lawd

I feel like if you play the main story up to the final mission (meet hanako) and then just stop to play the dog town dlc you are doing it wrong.

It doesn't really matter if you do it before or after so I'd just do it and finish that storyline. You'll spend 30+ hours doing the dlc story and then finish then have one more mission to do in the other story... Idk it kinda breaks up the flow. Like are you going to still be very invested in the ending after you just stopped the campaign for 30+ hours or however many days or weeks it takes you to get back to it..

Idk I didn't feel like there was anything missed by completing the main story then doing the dlc story.

Just my 2cents

I could be wrong but don't you get sent back to meeting Hanako anyway after completing the main story?

already finished the main story on my first playtrough (1.5) so it's not new to me so I don't mind

also I've heared there's a new ending for the main story if you have completed PL, so that's where I'm going for

still finishing up on the sidequests now before visting Dog Town

Man, PL ending made me feel things. When it was over, I couldn't help wondering if I made the right choice, although I'm sure there really isn't agoodchoice.

I also sided with Song, fully expecting her to betray me. I still felt bad for betraying Reed. I think I'd have felt bad no matter who I sided with. I love and hate that CDPR made me do this. They haven't lost their quest writing touch. Lol @ throwing babies in oves. If you know, you know.

she was selfish,and i figured I'd get fkd ,but I thought Myers is a pos for using her ,so I was feeling that and then

I found it hard to believe that reed would commit treason for a chick that already tried to kill him,so that sealed it

Plus ,reed is a corpo tool ,and was I really gonna put my hopes on corpos after the whole game

1 is deemed the secret ending ,you have to have at least 70% in the middle icon on the top of the page when you go to inventory
