Thank you for validating my feelings sir. You’ve described exactly what went down. I know what I must do, but I just can’t seem to let her fade from my mind. Working out is temporary. I imagine ****ing her on the bench after I get all pumped up. Whenever I play the piano, I’m imagining her on the couch next to me. Stuff like this yada yada. That's why I recommended going to a strip club, or maybe even revisiting Scottsdale. You'll get desensitized to it eventually. Try even going by yourself and seeing how different of a experience it is.

When you stop and look around, you'll eventually see it's just cheap and manufactured stimulation. No one is really having fun.

Thanks brah. I might do that but now that Katy left Scottsdale and lives like 5 miles from me, I don’t really feel any motivation to make a trip there just for that. Never been to a strip club but I don’t see how that’ll help me get over Katy lol.

You can discipline yourself, put up a wall calendar and marker a big green checkmark for each day you don't engage with Katy, and a big red X when for the days you do.

Put the calendar somewhere that you can always see it. The visual cues of your progress will bring out the truth of your situation and help guide you towards change.
