Can't take anyone seriously who thinks Nippard is not on roids.

The thing I like best about Dr Mike is that he admits he is on roids, which makes him like a million times more trustworthy than almost every single fitness person out there.

Other that that most of his advice it time tested bro science about, progressive overload, using full range of motion, calories is calories out, and using bulk/cut cycles.

Hold on, that’s just not true, I have done many little experiments on myself like making steak inside when I don’t grill outside, and I would use different oil or ghee, and there really is a difference without any other parameters being changed, there is a difference, not only in taste, but also What’s going on with your digestion and energy levels after the meals,

and again I think it’s inconvenient for people like Mike Israel or yourself to keep ignoring the videos of how these oils are made, are you OK with Rusty old machines, dirty water, chemicals, hexane and other unnatural unhealthy processes, plastic bottles? are you also OK with research showing that people who consume seed oil die sooner? They die with lower cholesterol, so I guess they achieved their goal.

He has to admit to it now since it's so obvious but he didn't always. I remember he got called out for it a while ago and his response was something like "are seriously accusing me of commiting a felony"

Did you guys look at how these studies are done? And who funds them? Let me give you an example from the first Google link from national Institute of health, and you can tell me if you spot anything off or suspicious about the method of research used:

From national institute of health website: canola and olive oil consumption resulted in lower all Cause mortality, than consumption of butter and margarine.

Nothing in the above paragraph gives you red flags? Do you think this is a fairly set up research? no agenda here at all?

How are you people bashing his training, when he focuses on form, pauses, slow negatives, controlling the weight, etc?

I forgot, this is the misc, just focus on the machine, and rapidly pump the reps out, so you can go back to watching tik tok videos…..

What is your point? Mine is that squeezing a couple of squirts for every truckload of corn demonstrates what a waste product it is. You are eating something unnaturally processed from a food that isn't that nutritious to begin with. When all you have is corn, everything looks like a nail.

No surprise I find miscers arguing in favor of seed oils.

It's really no wonder Uncle Sam, Monsanto, and various corporations continue to play the fuk out of us.

With that being said, seed oils are damn near everywhere which makes eliminating them difficult. People with cleaner diets generally will consume less, but you're still being poisoned. Just because it doesn't immediately kill you or ail you doesn't mean it still isn't harmful long term.

Mike Israetel says they're one of the healthiest things you can eat. He eats around 50g of fat per day in his diet which is very low. There is zero chance he's adding them to his own food. Says you can't trust liver king because he's on steroids when he himself uses more anabolics and a comparable amount of growth hormone. Total fraud.

I'm not even going to take a firm stance against or for seed oils. But most of the arguments used by the anti-seed oil brigade are full of chit. Like, "it's false advertising because vegetable oil isn't made from lettuce and tomatoes!" No fuking chit. Soybeans are as much of a vegetable as carrots and celery are. So calling it "vegetable oil" isn't a lie. Also, "its manufacture is highly processed and they use machinery and chemicals!" Who gives a chit. That is a complete strawman because it has nothing to do with a product being healthy or not. All modern agriculture is sustained with artificial chemicals, fertilizers, and hazardous substances and machinery. That doesn't mean you're going to die from eating a potato. Fuking F@cebook-tier logic I swear.

Just said I disagree with him over the Smith Machine. Let's say a gym has two of them, they should get rid of them, and put in two cages.
