Some people seem to think a panic attack = a loss of control.

Some people do freak out and lose it. I've had them and no one would know that I was locked in waking nightmare mode because I was in complete control of my actions, just not my runaway sympathetic nervous system that has decided it's going to do its own thing for a few hours.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

That I can understand. But OP is here talking about how he's having a panic attack because his boss looked at him mean or something.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Explain the logistics of how a 15 yr old lives on his own. Were you camping in the woods? Living in a cardboard box? Renting somewhere?

Well I finished highschool at 15, then I got a full time job, and rented out a room.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
