The last night, I watched "White Fang" (1991).

Ethan Hawke wasn't my favorite actor but now he is.

He was 21 in 1991. Good kid.

I wonder if the original 1971 movie is as good as "The Revenant" scenery-wise.

I must rewatch it putting more focus on the scenery.

My favorite Robin Williams' movie.

Some are not real but still stunning and the story is beautiful.

What Dreams May Come was filmed in Venezuela, the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana, Glacier National Park, Niagara Falls, Treasure Island, San Francisco and San Jose California, and San Rafael and Oakland, CaliforniaWhat Dreams May Come was filmed in Venezuela, the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana, Glacier National Park, Niagara Falls, Treasure Island, San Francisco and San Jose California, and San Rafael and Oakland, California

What does "a bad penny always turns up mean"?

Proverb. a bad penny always turns up. A person or thing which is unpleasant, dishonorable, or unwanted tends to appear (or reappear), especially at inopportune times.

In Bodhy's case,

Lord of the Rings trilogy had some great scenery, but the movies that have the best scenery for me are John Hughes films because he always shot in the towns I grew up in back in Illinois.

^^Midsommar has amazing scenery. It is artfully juxtaposed against the horrific subject matter very well.

Paris, Texas
Napoleon Dynamite (Idaho)
Unforgiven (Canda)
The Ghost and the Darkness (South African game reserve)

I was quite impressed by those real people when I checked their backgrounds, like Rob Hall and Scott Fischer.

Before this movie, my experiences with snow mountain movies are "The Eiger Sanction" (1975), "Cliffhanger" (1993), and "Vertical Limit" (2000). All these movies are action adventures and pure entertainment.
