Yeah I got it somehow and i would know random information about people or things, or what people thought about, etc. Many things. Of course during the Roman era there would have been soldiers, administrators, slaves etc., etc., from all over the Empire stationed in Britain. Probably ultimately not enough to make a huge racial impact in total - but they clearly existed.

They migrated westward and settled in North Africa in what became Carthage.

Carthage was brutally sacked by Rome following the Third Punic War. It was practically razed and its population exterminated.
