Being a women's trophy boy is embarrassing at any age. A guy at any age should strive to succeed financially and provide for his family, no matter how good looking he is. Relying on good looks to get through life is pathetic, especially as a man. In saying that, a man should also take care of his appearance by eating properly, training, dressing properly, and grooming - as best as he can.

My first place was a condo 1100 sq feet and my mortgage was paid 1.2k month. Walking distance to parks, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, gym, and a university. A good starter home is not about finding your “forever home” it’s more of an investment into building wealth for your future. I sold my condo 3 years later and made 40k profit towards my current home

Dunno where you live but if it’s LA NYC then yea, you are probably screwed in this market but any normal place should be totally doable

I managed to move out at 29 into my own home. So I was at least standing on my own feet before 30. I may be could have moved out earlier, but the past is the past.

I bought a condo at like 28 ~ and moved out , was out for a couple stints before that too..30 now.

Every time on Reddit I keep hearing "muy power dynamics" "muy age gap" "muy creep" "21 is still a child and should not be taken advantage of" etc. in regards to even small age gaps (such as a 21-year-old dating a 30 year old.) They only say that with undesirable older and middle-aged men or when it pertains to someone else.

That said, most of the most popular male models are between 30-40. Here is a 35-year-old Italian male model who holds a ph.d in Enginering. Let's me real, how many females 21-year-old college "children" would reject him? They will go from ""muy power dynamics" "muy age gap" and "muy creep" to saying "muy body mi choice," "anyone from any gender spectrum, age or race can love anyone else," "freedom to love," "don't judge, its not the 1950s YOU RACIST!"

Let me add a variable. Let's say the guy does have some sort of goals;

If he's good looking and have some sort of goals, most women are willing to give him a chance and clean him up despite him living in his grandma's basement.

Now if you're a complete worthless bum, no matter what you look like, at some point women will no longer bother.

Technically I still live with my parents but it's pretty sweet and I wouldn't have it any other way. They have a 2 bed detached granny annex I pay no rent, no utilities. Plus since it's in the UK I try not to be there as much as possible.

Getting my own place would make no sense.

It is. I basically have my own place for free, it's just on their property and a stones throw from the main residence. Buying my own property would make no sense, especially as I don't even really want to live in the country.

My neighbours kid is a 45 years old unemployed drug addicted sloth drunken Mongolian that lives in her basement rent free .
His mom let him have a dog , dog gets knocked up now they have 3 .
Unfortunately he doesn’t like cleaning up dog chit so they usually only do it once a few hundred pounds have accumulated.

i think the bottom line is that if a woman sees you as someone she wants to sleep with...it's not going to be a huge dealbreaker by itself.

Naw...not really equivalent because the living situation can change at the drop of a hat but kids are an 18 yr commitment. i mean i see dudes that lived (or are currently living) in prison getting women. if you're hot enough they will overlook a lot and even reframe it in an endearing way. now if you're closer to average and trying to get a girl (hence caring about what they say) than yeah, you probably need to show how much of a provider you can be.

Running out and renting an apartment because you feel like someone might judge you is what a true cuck would do. Keep your mind on your money, and your money on your mind. Not all women care about the same things. But in general a high quality woman will be turned off by a grown man that cannot afford to live alone. Not being able to afford basic things like housing and food on a solo budget is a pretty big red flag for a girl that's goal is to be a wife/have your kids.


Girls that are just interested in partying probably won't care so much.Girls that have lower standards of life won't care so much either because in general she's likely poor/from a lower class and just expects people live that way. But then your dealing with a girl that has very low expectations/desires out of life.


I know a lot of decent girls that will DQ a guy based on his living situation. Someone who's goal is marriage/kids/family wants someone they'll be proud to introduce to their family.

I'm not sure what you have against me Dave. I work a full time salary job, looking for another for more pay. I'm not a bum living in a basement leeching off a 92 yr old woman.

I'm simply stating an observation. I understand it's hard for some guys to understand, but that's how the game can go with you look good.
