I also like the look of mother of pearl dials. These are the options I'm looking at:

I prefer the President bracelet, but I do like the look of the two tone oyster with the white mother of pearl dial. Would also like a Day date with platinum or stainless President bracelet but with a black or black mother of pearl dial, but I haven't been able to find one online so I'm not sure if that even exists, and if it does it seems rare so it might be pricey.

You guys have any thoughts/recommendations for me?
yellow gold day-dates are timeless IMO, but idk how i feel about the mother of pearl dial with the yellow gold case and bracelet.

gotta get on that tony soprano time with the 36mm yellow gold day-date with champagne dial…hnnnggggg

Idk brah, the Tiffany blue dials have taken off for guys. I think being an actual Rolex (and not some other fashion brand) takes a lot of the pressure off the individual to be able to pull it off.

And never been a fan of rolex yellow gold. Nothing screams "grandfather" or "columbian drug lord" quite like it.

please show me any indian numerical system that matches with the numbers on that rolex exactly

the modern european and arabic and indian number systems are all derived from a common ancestor, but that doesn't make the modern arabic numerals indian

that's like me saying i'm a black guy because all humans are from africa

The Arabic numerals' origin actually began in India. After originating in India, the system was adopted by Arabic cultures before making its way to Europe. For this reason, the system is commonly known by the name ''Arabic numerals'' even though it was first developed in India

You abject retard, you initially said they are Indian “symbols.” Which what in the actual fukk are you referring to by “symbols?” Now you’re trying to spin this as a history lesson on the adoption and evolution of numerals?

Now, you raging fgt, maybe you need to call Rolex, specifically these retailers in the Middle East, that they need to stop referring to not only the Rolex with Arabic numerals as such, but tell them they don’t use Arabic numerals period. They use Indian “symbols”

The numerals used for the Arabic Rolex watches come from the Hindu-Arabic numeral system, and shall not be confused with the “regular” 1, 2, 3 numerals which are also called “Arabic numerals“.

As described by Wikipedia:

“The reason the digits are more commonly known as “Arabic numerals” in Europe and the Americas is that they were introduced to Europe in the tenth century by Arabic speakers of Spain and North Africa, who were then using the digits from Libya to Morocco. In the eastern part of Arabic Peninsula, Arabs were using the Eastern Arabic numerals or “Mashriki” numerals”. These are the ones that are used for the Arabic Rolex dials and look as follows: ٠ ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧ ٨ ٩

I really like the ZBlue Milgauss. I'm a little afraid the long term value may not hold up like a more traditional model. But it would be fun as hell to wear.
