Not a bad looking company tbh, there's just more obvious winners currently available imo.

Lookin like I may go green on it again after months of being as low as - 35%

I'll be holding and only selling half at most when it hits +10% cuz I'd rather have that money eleswhere, but its now seeming like it may be a good longggg and a 5-10 bagger

thoughts?

No idea if it was a low float kinda high sector interest pump n dump or what. I’d sold 1000 at $2.70 before the run up to $3.40. I’ve rebought about 500 in the low 2.50s. Volume has been dramatically higher lately and I can’t account for why…

Also new lease contract has yet to be ratified and no idea on timeframe other than Q4 has been mentioned… should be a big payday for the company, but I’m wondering since oil is now so high if it will start cutting into profits as they give the Egyptian government a bigger slice when oil prices are high. I think I recall them saying oil around 70 gave the best net back, but they didn’t publish what happens higher than in the 70s.

Look at this chart.

Someone took profit.

They are on to next thing.

Crude and Brent are still sitting at elevated levels its now at a pause/consolidating phase. Going to $90+ or $100+ who knows maybe this is peak oil price for this year.

Goldman / JPM etc all those saying "if winter is cold" oil going higher maybe were just pushing for retail to keep dumping into oil so they can exist with their fat profit.

xom is gonna be testing resistance that it couldn't break this year again.

if it fails to get over this than move is over for this year.

I never understood what this threads interest for years in TGA was. That company is a turd in the wind. Are they actually doing anything? It's extremely difficult to even find how much they produce off their website. Honestly the 7-11's in Texas probably produce more crude.

There's way better options out there man.

No clue, I could draw bunch of lines on chart and be like this is pear / apple / horse wedge it will break out.

This year at $65 level 3 times was tested it tried to get over that level but didn't make it. I would watch for that.

$70 would put XOM at pre covid levels.

I guess getting 8x return when I bought at 40 cents and 2.5x returns at $1ish make it a turd? They produce like 13,000 bopd daily right now and even with run up it’s valued at 180M… doesn’t seem awful. At current production and oil valuation it is producing 360m of oil yearly with minimal debt. Seems ok to me.
