At current production and oil valuation it is producing 360m of oil yearly with minimal debt. Seems ok to me.
Not to say there isn't money to be made, I should have re-phrased that.

From my POV there isn't any substantial assets there. The Egypt properties can be confiscated at any second, not exactly the most friendly jurisdiction. The Canadian assets are insignificant in volume as well.

Comparatively you look at MEG Energy (330%) or Tourmaline (140%), those in my eyes are smaller plays with larger upside and they have x00,000 BPD of production in legitimate jurisdictions. To me TGA is almost a penny stock play, hope the market pump lifts it up because the company can't do it itself.

what about this part.

to me it just shows that all those brokers were in on it and lured retail as they fleeced them afterwards.

we only hear about roaring kitty

amount of retail that nobody knows about that got owned is probably x1000 compared to winners

this slide is insane.

"On January 27, 2021, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, below, over 2
million contracts traded, worth over $8 billion. "

They were 100%. Jim Swarthout RH COO, even said he sold his amc and planned to move GME to closing only prior to taking away the ability to buy.

Citadel/Virtu benefited directly from that, and RH for obvious reasons. Roaring kitty was only spot lit because he showed his buys on reddit and was making the videos at the time. Who knows how much retail actually lossed/missed out on.

GME was primed to squeeze to insane levels. The 1 way to prevent that is remove the ability to buy, cause panic/selling and kill it in it's tracks.

This report is more to "protect" our markets I'm sure, to give off the appearance to foreign investors that our US markets aren't rigged. It reads like an education piece, hopefully they're not done investigating robinhood/citadel.

The deep ITM options to basically "legally" naked short stocks is what many aren't aware about.

It's always been about the options

AVIR dropped on covid phase 1 negative news, picked it up at $10 and sold at $16 today. Calls also. Best day since PROG gains!

Other trades today

FCEL
PROG again
SDC
WISH
RIOT

For tomorrow, opened a position in HUGE(FSD Pharma), up 5% so far but thinking it may run some more once news about their agreement with Covar Pharma gets some more buyers. Calls were .5 cents earlier.

Left some profits in SDC. Looking for it to break $6 tomorrow. If it gets to $7 we could see some real buying.

If other companies are structurally sound and Zillow Offers can fix their operational issues and be up and running again, they could start seeing massive growth (given their lead against #2 player in the market, Redfin, by like 4x the daily active users). I am pretty excited about where Zillow Offers could take the process of buying a home over the next few years… Zillow is already engrained into the process, most people find the house they are interested in first via Zillow, then get linked up with a broker to buy the house. Zillow will be able to own the entire process pretty soon hopefully and disrupt the idea of needing a real estate broker to transact homes (srs)

Goldman / JPM etc all those saying "if winter is cold" oil going higher maybe were just pushing for retail to keep dumping into oil so they can exist with their fat profit.

xom is gonna be testing resistance that it couldn't break this year again.

if it fails to get over this than move is over for this year.

Crude looking shaky. Inventory build once again. News coming out now that Europe winter is magically going to be mild now and the gas shortage isn't actually that bad. Nord2 in commissioning phase.

Where did you see a build? US inventories were down… regardless a pullback would probably be healthy at this point

In absolute terms it went up, Cushing had a draw. I usually only look at the total US reserve number. Most analysts seem to follow Cushing moreso.

ETSY is going to wallop the holiday season this year.

apparently supply chain stuff is still fuked up, but ETSY is the least effected of all retailers by that problem.

My gf was easily buying hand sanitizer with etsy when it was sold out EVERYWHERE else because some weirdo paniccel was slinging the stuff on etsy.

buckle up buttercup.

EDIT: by miles, the smallest allocation in my entire portfolio…. feels bad man.

TGA randomly up 10%
BYCP warrants up 8% too and the vote to go public is today. Seems like a positive indicator.
