I've been posting in this thread for years how i wanted an omega grey side of the moon, but I've tried it on wrist no less than 3 times and each time it just seems so fuking big. The Tudor chronograph on the otherhand, is perfect across the board.

- Bracelet is completely brushed, no high polish on it at all so you can wear it like a proper sports chronograph without geting pissed about the scratches.

- The polishing it does have are in the perfect spots. The crown and chrono pushers, plus the side of the case so you get just enough bling without it becoming a liability or looking like it's trying to be something it's not.
that's awesome, might have to seriously consider it for my next watch then. i love the way it looks, i love that it's a mechanical chrono, and i love that it's built more like a dive watch with the lume and water resistance.

i tried the speedy on and liked it too but the lack of water resistance kills me because i want to be able to wear the watch in the rain or to the pool or beach and not worry about it.

Its a fun watch. You guys should mess around with more "fun" watches. Not every watch has to be a horological collectors piece or grail. I have the Mission to Mercury and a Casio Gshock "CasiOAK" in my regular rotation. The finish is pretty good for how much the case costs, about 100 for case and strap and buckle.

Also got a 126621 that I didnt post earlier. But usually Im wearing the CasiOAK or the 116515 Chocolate

oh absolutely, it's important to have fun with watches. i have a square g-shock (gwm5610), an f-91w and a vostok amphibia so that helps keep things fun lol

No disagreement there, I throw on Orient, Seiko, old school Casio, Hamilton, etc. That particular watch just has a rep-many people who reviewed it stated that it falls apart quickly/has quality issues. From my understanding, it’s best not used as a daily if you want to give it some longevity.

Love it. It’s crazy fast and feels effortless. Doesn’t have the same feel as an engine, but I have gotten used to it. I don’t miss my Panamera turbo.

Mirin hard. Did the aquanaut come from an AD?

Would love to own one. Wonder if the gold versions are as impossible to obtain as the stainless.

Got very lucky and did get it from an AD in 2021. No purchase history. Got it about a month after first requesting it.

That's solid. I may have to drive to Dallas (closest AD) and shoot my shot. I eventually need to own either a Patek or Vacheron so I can call the collection complete.

There was a blnr at a local grey market place near me going for 12k. Dealer said he was willing to go lower, but I didn’t want to waste his/my time with a discussion over something I’m not buying at this time. It sounds pretty low to me considering what I’ve seen before, any of your guys seeing pricing like this too? I’d expect it online, but not at a jewelry store as a walk-out purchase, considering all of their overhead.
