It looks great in pics, but very meh in the flesh, and quite overpriced for what you get. Did you ever see/try it out in person? Not worth it imo.

I've tried it on numerous times, it looks fantastic but it doesn't feel as good as cheaper Tags I've tried on. This is my first 'proper' watch, any recommendations for around 4k gbp?

Pls no. The finishing on breitling is excellent. They're on another level than tag. Once you look past the oversized two tone chronos they make some very nice pieces.

The Superocean Heritage 42 is honestly in the top three of my current "to buy" watch list. Only the Omega Speedmaster and some other watch is ahead of it in the price range I'm looking at.

While in Shenzhen China last week I got to visit a huge mall that sold knockoffs of clothing, accessories, electronics, and watches.

I got to handle some replica watches and was pretty damn impressed by how they looked/felt. The best reps I came across were the Rolex Sub and the Panerai 111.

I almost picked up a fake PAM 127 to knock around, but I couldn't imagine wanting to wear that over my real PAM 372.

Quick question for the watch brahs, anyone ever deal with Earnshaw?

Is this a poverty brand and what are your thoughts about them.

Seiko fanboy checkin in. The only pictures below that are not mine is the SARG015. Haven't take a picture of the watch and too lazy to so whateva.

Considering the Seiko SARY023, SARX029, SDGM03, Alpinist, SARB033, SCVS Spirit, and more for my next watch (too many watches I want). I really want a Grand Seiko, so I'm tempted to buy one on seiyajapan for a good Japanese Domestic Market watch (the ones they sell only in Japan). The nearest Grand Seiko store is in Dallas, so I might go check that out first one day…

Also considering a red dial Seiko watch. I'm all ears if anyone has a good suggestion in mind.

Watches I have:

SARG015

SARB065 & SUR027
I bought the SUR027 to take the bracelet off and put it on my SARB065. I ended up swapping the SARB065 to the SUR027. I want a better bracelet, wish I had a SCVS Spirit bracelet on the SARB065. Seen the google images of someone that did the dremel work necessary to fit it and it's fuarking beautiful. Also considering a brown leather band, perhaps.

SKA366
This is an old picture with my SARB065 still on the original black band.

SNZF15
Took the stainless steel bracelet off and threw it on that navy blue NATO Strap you see there.

I like a couple of PAMs but I cant see myself with a PAM, doesn't match me at all really.

At the moment I'm leaning towards a Cartier santos 100 for like 4.5k preowned, maybe the calibre diver from cartier as an option too.

Then also had thoughts on trading in the ss dj2 + cash for ss black face daytona, but I'm happy with the dj so id rather get something else and different
