I bought LCID at 36 after opening then sold at 40. Only good day trade I made. I did pick up some GRPN when it dropped to $23 earlier, I think I’ll hold it though. It’s got some room to run.

Bought into more NVDA leveraging margin @ 298.50. My "interest" accrual is roughly $9-10/day (including weekends which sucks), but since I got 150 shares worth from that, every +$1 movement upwards creates $150 unrealized profit for me. NVIDIA has GTC next week, where they're gonna address machine learning, AI, and possibly Meta. Might be too soon for Meta though tbh. Either way I think considering it reached all the way up to 313.65 already as an all time high, and there were tens of millions of shares sold above $300, it'll hold pretty firm around the $295+ range at least. That's my bro-logic at least. As long as they move up $1 or more every 2 weeks I'll be profiting the entire time.

Considering how their YTD is +126% and their 5 years is +1252%, I think they're a safe long term margin play.

The whole energy sector have been on the move the last week or so in general, but not in part of the infrastructure bill (or at least not most of them).

That would suck. I think when you say "gets margined and bottomed out" it would imply that my equity gets pharked as a result of stock drop and I'm at that point margin called. Think it's 25%-30% or lower equity and you can get margin called. Did the math and for me personally, the stock price would have to go way down (245 or lower, compared to current 297.5 at close)… would have to be something crazy to cause that kinda drop. But you're right it can happen, thanks for looking out. I'm gonna setup a stop limit for my NVDA just in case to prevent that.

Considering you think that STONKS only go up because HUR DUR YTD 125% as if it didn't move down at all during this period this is probably a good realization to come to YOU only need one week or a few days of bad news to get REKT such as earnings report miss due to not being able to IMPORT resources FROM chyna to BUILD graphics cards due to the CURRENT port situation DED fooking SRS.

SURE, 245 is fairly under current market value HOWEVER it is only a 13% move which does happen on stocks even with low volatility so a HEAVILY futures traded stock like NVDA that has high VOLUME I could see this easily happening.

Pepper your angus BOYO, I trade on margin with FX and TRUST me you may be safe this TIME but with THAT attitude you WILL get fooked VERY fast.

Like I said I appreciate your words, as it convinced me to open a stop limit order. Made it $255 stop, $250 limit.

That said, $297.52 close -> $255 would be like 15% drop. Only a couple percent difference than what you said but still. Feeling OK about it. I mean it was over $260 pre-spike, before the news anyways.

Have you heard of "mean reversion", for what it's worth I would reckon it couldn't hurt to read about something like that.
