Its a great one for two reason:
-Gets the message across
-Rustled the social justice warriors

Too many companies and entertainment platforms are giving in to these group and adopt an apologist stance by being overly politically correct. These guys are selling supplements and their client base are people that wanna make a change. They said 'fuk you' to these cry babies and kept doing business with their actual buyers. I respect that.

I'm not saying it isn't good marketing. If you're selling a subpar product, objectifying women in your ads is a tried and true method of gaining people's attention.

Same as using bikini models to sell beer. If you don't give a fukk about how good the actual beer is, hot chicks may work to sell you on that brand. I just personally don't deal with *******s who drink beer or take supps based on an ad campaign.

Sex sell. Deal with it.
I'm not going to argue with you on this after seeing the crap you posted in that thin privilege thread. You are entitled to your opinion as much as I am and clearly they are differing by a lot when it comes to these type of subject. Not in the mood for an internet sword fight anyway.

I will agree that buying a product solely because it feature a beautiful person is questionable tho.

S'cool. I'm not in this thread to talk chit on scrawny, weak little *******s who think they have a right to judge others.

Just saying that if your ad gives me no info on a product other than a pic of some chick, I have reason to believe that product is probably chit. You'd think a diet product might include SOME nutritional info.

Thoughts on a routine tapering from a 4x8 to a 1x1? It'd be autoregulated, so I can do 4x8 for however many weeks I can maintain 8s for 4 sets across then drop to 4x6, 4x5, 5x3, etc…1x1. Would start light, 65% or so.

This isn't my idea by the way, just checking out what you guys think.

This look like a strength oriented routine. My experience with them is while they are good for strength gains I wasn't quite satisfied with the overall mass gain.
My two cents.

Yea, it is. Beginning with lighter work to accumulate volume then an intensity block. I've been doing 5x5 at 90% 5RM early in the week and 1x5, 1x3, 1x2, or 1x1 for a PR later but the 5x5 doesn't seem to cause enough stress anymore. I could do 8 sets of triples at maybe 92% or so, but I've never trained over 5 reps so kind of want to give this a go.

I've never done a BB routine, just not my interests. Hopefully I can see some good progress with the peaking for squats and pulls. Thanks.

40/40/20 around 3.1K. Could eat 1/2 the protein supposedly but if I replaced that with carbs I'd carry way too much bloat. And last bulk I did higher fat and that's went it went down south.

Don't care what the nutrition section says, I do believe there's more than the calories in, calories out bandwagon.

Most iifym'ers look like garbage anyway. I believe the concept behind it is great if you want an average gym goer physique but sadly most people just use it as an excuse to stuff themselves with all kinds of crap.

Also fuk the nutrition section. This place is a fukin cancer.

Some crap every now and then's cool but structuring your entire diet around "a carb is a carb" and getting your protein from whey shakes and Kashi cereal then claiming it yields the same result as more natural foods is bullsh*t. Not to mention I had better mental clarity and mood eating clean. When I eat sh*t to get extra calories in after work or something I just feel lethargic and bloated the next day.

And before anyone asks, I don't got a single study to prove this. I am just speaking entirely from my own experience.

Same here. Having done both the 'clean' and 'dirty' diet, the clean one is by far superior. Add a few cheat meal in there and I'm dandy.

Inb4 someone make a reference to washing food in the sink. Eat chit *******.

Fawnl, dude is 6' and only 175lbs. When he speaks of being a weak nerd and being crushed by superior women, you should believe him. Muthafukka is an authority.

You're right. I'm a killer.

Change the cigarette to your last beer and I am IN. I'll let you crush that can on my forehead too since I am going to die anyway so the mark won't matter.

But seriously, never crush Canadian beer cans on your head. They really will leave a mark.

Can confirm about mark. Saw it in a movie and as a kid me and some friend tried to do it. End well it did not.

I had the competition of my life this past weekend. Threw better than I have ever, won the conference meet (will be getting a ring for it), and now I'm just outside of the top 100 in the world for the shot put. Now to celebrate my win by beginning to pack as I have to move in a few days.
