Watched the new james bond Spectre. Movie was pretty good. Cool cars, and gadgets as always. The watch looked bad ass too.

Definitely. How ever I'm fairly certain Daniel craig and the other higher ups (producer/director/etc.) actually choose what gadgets and brands get used (there was suppsoedly an uproar from Craig, and another gentleman, about having to use a sony phone (z5), because they believe "James Bond, only uses the best", as the article put it), and being that Craig is an Avid Watch collector himself, im sure given the options at hand he selected the Seamaster as his watch, I don't think Omega forced it into the movie by any means.

Clearly he didn't use a sony phone before. I currently own a Z3 and couldnt be more pleased. Z5 i imagine is even better

EDIT: to keep on topic, im lusting for a new watch, but scared to drop 3k on a single purchase lusting for a white face blue broad arrows speedy or nomos blue worldtimer. Maybe some day… my co-worker suggested every time i get paid put 100 aside and save up that way, so my bank balance wouldnt see a massive dent when the day of purchase come

Wizard. I was just reading about it here: http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2015/...-android-wear/

Apparently if you add in another $1500 in 2 years they'll replace it with a Carerra? Lol.

The watch definitely looked good. Also dat dere DB10 . But I actually thought the Jag driven by Hinx looked better.

On a side note, I was shocked at how old school the whole movie was compared to the rest of the Craig movies.

brb exotic supervillain lair
brb overly elaborate evil plan explained in detail
brb ejector seat

I loved it all but my wife who isn't that familiar with the series thought it was pretty dumb.

They have contacted Rolex for the past few films asking them if they want to pay for Bond to wear Rolex and they lol'd and said he can wear it but we aren't paying. In Casino Royale or one of the more recent ones they take a jab at Rolex

Mine had a missing sub-indicator (the smallest one below the long hour markers). I actually never noticed it for a while, and ended up paying out of my own pocket for a new dial :/

I think the 007 aqua Terra was 15007, the seamaster was 7007, but yea I get the point. Limited is less than that.
