I know the AZ "audit" was authorized; I was responding specifically to the posters comment.

I think cyber Ninjas report will come up with 500 incorrect votes primarily due to addresses and 8 cases of people double voting.

I believe their report will be thorough and show there was no widespread election fraud conspiracy because if they come out with some random conspiracy theory that is proven false again, the company will likely not get any more real work.

I can say for a fact if they use crowdstrike, splunk has piped internet to Germany, their hub, stored.

I hope they have a guy that can parse splunk. BTW it would have zero effect on current gov ops to see logs. All "sensitive" traffic is known. I could Google Maricopas outward facing IPs or just straight ping it. FBI NCIC servers are known too, the only sensitive pipeline.

It's going to get joocey, they know exactly what too look for and where. This would prove or disprove either allegation of net traffic and packet transfer being or not being an issue.

Nobody is going go jail over these subpoenas. The courts will order them to comply if judge wants them to and they will comply because this is all Government property. A secretary could provide the information.

This is all civil law.

Blah blah blah "class 2 misdemeanor."

No it wasn't. A subpoena is simply a formal request and the first step in the process.

It's not uncommon to eventually bring the matter before a court to hammer out details of compliance.

People can bluster all they want about having something to hide and criminal charges but we're a looooong way from anything like that.

The AG gets 30 days to investigate and then the county gets 30 days to comply. If the AG finds the law was broken it gets expedited to the supreme court.
