Same kinda thing happened to me a couple days ago. I got home in between work and the gym. She asked me to drive her to the gym because there is a stop next to it and she would walk back. Got home 2 hours later and she was still walking around attempting to catch Pokemon.

It's a pretty fun game but overhyped. I'm just reliving my childhood though. Literally everyone is playing this game though. lol

Downloaded it for my girls to get up and go for a walk with me. We all enjoy it and there is a pokestop right next to my workplace so I don't even have to move to grab items. Reps for the OG's

What's up OG's? Soo glad it's almost Friday. De-loading until Tuesday after a solid 12 weeks. Still using a trainer/coach 2x a week, really liking that. He estimates that I've put on 8-10 lbs of muscle since starting with him, and I'm feeling it.

When I started a cut last October, I was on a hybrid-ketogenic diet and I've mostly maintained that since–the protein is there, the carbs aren't and today is the first day in 10 months that everything just hurts. Joints, CNS, overall fatigue, etc.

I'm just not getting enough fuel in and there isn't many of those juicy fat reserves left for my body to pull from. So, diet is going to change a bit for this second 12 weeks. For now, I'm just going to enjoy a couple days of light cardio and probably work on back at 50%. Hope you all are doing well!

Sorry, I should have wrote that clearer–since last October (that's when I met him, he started training me 12 weeks ago)

So, 8-10 in 10 months.

"pure muscle" lol

Sounds like you're on the right track OG but statements like this need to challenged, that's a "Men's Fitness" term and total BS.

Damn, that sounds like fun.

Didn't do anything crazy. Went to Mike & Dave Need Wedding dates. It wasn't very good at all. My wife even fell asleep mid-movie.

Wasn't an OG bee, looked like a teen Misc. bee.

Went to urgent care Doc. Asian lady, she says "Dude your foot is really swollen" I paid a $50 copay for that??? Got some antibiotics, I guess you're supposed to keep bee stings clean and dry or else infection can set in, I was walking around barefoot and swimming - oops.

Any other OG's in the path of this heatwave starting up soon?
