Nice - I have a nice holding in O&G ETF since March 2020. Problem I am having is I am overweight in cash at the moment and need somewhere to stash it before they turn into zimbabwe dollars.

Lol, I do feel a lil cocky right now

I've said what I was holding before.

I'm in real estate, healthcare, mining, oil and a few other sectors I think will benefit from higher and sustained inflation.

What are you in in re real estate? Have been wanting to get in, but not a lot of knowledge?

Additionally, know of any plays for manhattan property management / rentals? Think ppl will be returning to the island this year.

edit nvm that guys other post on wsb

"I retired at 40. I had a pretty good W2 job which allowed me to invest in real estate. Buying distressed properties, fixing them up, and renting them out made me my first million. Crypto and meme stocks got me to $5M. Then I switched over to thetagang and am now at $6M.

The passive income from theta is truly passive. No tenants, termites, or toilets. I'll milk these passive theta gains as long as I can. But I sleep well at night knowing I can always make money buying distressed real estate when the easy money from theta farming dries up."

Curious why you say that? I think they're already in Florida, or staying in a hotel currently looking to buy in Florida.

RLGY has been a great performer, it has been crushing expectations.

CSGP is a play that may be viable if you want to get in to one at a low point, I think it could touch 800 or dip a bit below it.

There are more obviously but I don't feel like writing paragraphs about real estate lol.
